Biography
Mr. Roberson is a public health professional with over twenty years of experience leading staff, external professionals, and community leaders in program design, development and implementation, project coordination and administration, and client recruitment and retention. His is an epidemiological researcher that works with and leads diverse teams in designing and employing research studies, conducting program evaluations, and performing statistical analysis.
Previously, Mr. Roberson worked at the Indiana Minority Health Coalition where he served in the following capacities during his 20 year tenure: Vice President of Planning and Program Development, Vice President of Research and Training, Director of Research, Regional Training Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. Additionally, Mr. Roberson has served as an Adolescent Health Educator for the Marion County Public Health Department.
Mr. Roberson holds dual Masters Degrees in Health Administration and Public Health.
In addition, Mr. Roberson is a Therapeutic Foster Parent for the National Youth Advocate Program, Elder with Ebenezer Christian Church, and an Adjunct Professor for the Indiana University - Purdue University of Indianapolis. He also serves on several boards, committees, councils, etc. advocating for health equity.
