Cancer Care Road Map
The Cancer Care Road Map project team is actively developing digital cancer specific “maps” that depict the most likely paths from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. These "maps" allow patients, their loved ones, and clinicians to identify where the patient is in the cancer experience, where they want to go, and the potential paths to get there. Designed to fill the gaps that disrupt effective communication, the Cancer Care Road Map project is led by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, researchers, and web experts.
