The Immune Monitoring Core (IMC) is a shared resource serving the scientific needs of IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center members regarding immune-based assays. The IMC brings specifically scientific and technical expertise to clinical investigators aiming to define biomarkers of efficacy and/or toxicity of novel immune therapies.
The IMC houses different instruments dedicated to immune response analysis, including the generation of advanced flow cytometric and single cell analysis data critical for scientific investigations conducted by cancer center members.
The three-laser Cytek Northern Lights spectral flow cytometer allows investigators to acquire from a single tube 20-color immunophenotyping panels. In addition, Isospark technology can interrogate cell polyfunctionality at the single-cell level. Priority is given to ancillary studies from clinical trials.
