Fluorofinder
A resource to design panels and view spectral characteristics of any fluorescent dye. After creating an account, you can go to the account settings and select “Indiana University” under institution and “Simon Cancer Center Flow Cytometry (Indianapolis)” under Facility. This will allow you to view and select the exact instruments available at the Flow Core.
FlowJo Analysis Software
One of the leading flow cytometry analysis software that allows users to import data from the conventional (BD Fortessa/X-20) and full-spectrum (Cytek) instruments, run compensation/unmixing and analyze the FCS3.1 files on your own computer. For a license, please contact Tina Hedges (klhedges@iu.edu). This software is also available for free on two computers in the flow core on a first-come-first-serve basis.
