Inaugural McHenry-Sherman Scholarly Lecture

End Lung Cancer Now invites you to the inaugural McHenry-Sherman Scholarly Lecture. This program is supported through a generous gift honoring the McHenry and Sherman families, who share a vision to support young physicians who aspire to have a meaningful, academic career in lung cancer clinical care and research.

This year's award recipient is Misty Dawn Shields, MD, PhD. She will  present “Overcoming Chemoresistance in Small Cell Lung Cancer.” Dr. Shields is an assistant professor of clinical medicine at IU School of Medicine and a member of the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Lecture will begin at 3:30 p.m. with a networking reception and light refreshments from 4:30 pm. to 5 p.m. Attire is business casual.
