AML Construction’s Pink Out

2025 Pink Out

Each October, AML Construction, a family-owned construction firm serving Indiana and Kentucky, holds its annual “Pink Out” event to raise funds to support IU breast cancer research. Chrys Blakeman, AML Construction CFO and owner, started the event in memory of her aunt, Patricia Libs Hutt. Chrys has served on the cancer center development board member since 2010 in memory of her father, Robert Libs.  Now in its 11th year, Pink Out recognizes employees and their loved ones who have faced cancer. The AML team wears pink on jobsites to show their support, and AML generously donates proceeds from its apparel sale along with additional funds to IU for breast cancer research.
