Dr. Corson's research interests include:

My research focuses on the application of chemical biology approaches to problems in ocular cancer, specifically retinoblastoma and uveal melanoma. I work on the basic biology and translational relevance of the oncogenic mitotic kinesin KIF14, which I identified during my PhD, and on methods to target oncogenic GNAQ in uveal melanoma. I am also exploring novel high-throughput compound screening approaches to development of agents for treating these cancers.
