Dr. Roodman's research interests include:
We are interested in the role of bone cells in normal and pathologic conditions in particular myeloma. We perform preclinical and basic studies on the molecular mechanism controlling bone cell differentiation to identify therapeutic targets for treating myeloma and paget's disease
