Dr. Abu-Zaid's research interests include:
I am the principal investigator for the Multiple Myeloma and Plasma Cell dyscrasia Cohort Biobanking Study, an effort supported by the Precision Health Initiative through Indiana CTSI. My future interests are discovery of novel genomic targets that could be targeted therapeutically for patients with multiple myeloma. I also have an interest in cancer survivorship and have participated in several projects through the Platinum Study led by IU Survivorship program.
