End Lung Cancer Now: Meet Dr. Nasser Hanna

Nasser Hanna, MD, founded the End Lung Cancer Now initiative to dramatically decrease cancer deaths in Indiana.

Dr. Hanna is a 2001 graduate of the cancer center’s Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program. He’s now the Tom and Julie Wood Family Foundation Professor of Lung Cancer Clinical Research.

The reach of the IU program and its impact on patients and research worldwide makes training here a very special honor. It is our teachers that make this a world-class institution to train.
