Predictive, prognostic, and diagnostic computational modeling of cancer. More specifically, I have been focusing on developing artificial intelligence (AI) methods for cancer image analysis, utilizing both radiology (MRI, CT, US) and histopathology digitized tissue sections, and identifying associations with clinical outcomes and molecular characteristics. I have also introduced federated learning in healthcare that describes an approach to develop AI models by gaining knowledge across multiple geographically distinct collaborators, while all patient data are retained within the acquiring institution.
