Current research projects involve retrospective reviews relating the treatment of primary and secondary liver cancers using liver directed therapies. My main focus thus far has surrounded trying to better understand Yttrium-90 dosimetry and how to use this information to improve patient care. Have worked as site PI for multiple industry sponsored multisite trials related to this.
In the future, would like to enroll patients in prospective trials to better understand how we treat liver cancer. There are currently various different liver directed options and I would like to continue to see if we can better understand which work the best and are better for patients in terms of quality of life changes
