I am working together with my mentor, Dr. Androphy on the development of novel small molecules that target the hydrophobic pocket of HPV16 E6. I have established and characterized multiple in vitro and cell-based assay to study drug efficacy. We are now in the process of investigating the efficacy of these small molecules in mouse HPV+ xenograft models.
