I am very interested in modeling tumor response during and after therapy, especially the interactions among radiation, immune system and the tumor cells during radiotherapy. quantifying the radiation doses to the circulating immune cells, to the lymphatic system and to other immune organs are an important part of this modeling work. I am also interested in radiosensitivity biomarkers for both normal cells (immune cells) and tumor cells and immune biomarkers, which can be incorporated into the modeling work. In addition, I am interested in developing novel radiation treatment and imaging technologies, such as Grid therapy.
