I currently develop statistical methods for the analysis of high dimensional datasets and specialize in integrative analysis. My application areas include basic science collaborations with members of the cancer center as well as in clinical trials. I am a member of the Biostatistics and Data Management Core for the IUSCCC and I am currently serving as the interim associate director of the basic science core. I have provided sample size calculations and statistical analysis plans for many members of the IUSCCC. My future research includes expanding some of the cancer center collaborations to drive new methodological developments.
