With a background in oncology nursing, my current and future research is dedicated to advancing precision cancer prevention and early detection for individuals across diverse risk levels while promoting overall well-being. My primary research focuses on developing and testing innovative models of cancer genetic care to address multilevel barriers to genetic counseling and testing, with the ultimate goal of improving access to these essential services, particularly for underserved populations such as Asian Americans. Additionally, I have a secondary research interest in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to advance health science research, as well as in alleviating cancer symptoms and enhancing quality of life for patients.
