I am interested in the molecular characterization of histiocytic neoplasia, the identification of novel molecular targets, targeted therapy, and the application of molecular methods to diagnosis I am interested in characterization of the molecular steps in evolution of melanoma from benign precursors, the use of spatial transcriptomics to characterize small steps in melanoma evolution towards distant metastasis, and the molecular characterization of histologically distinct intermediate melanocytic proliferations
