I spent my PhD career on developing network models for identifying molecular vulnerbilities and prioritizing therapeutic target (single target and target combinations) for liver and pancreatic cancers. My current research interest is to study alternative splicing in multiple myeloma subtypes and explore more therapeutic options, especially from aberrant alternative splicing, to better treat multiple myeloma. And the candidate topic for me in graduate course '851' is 'RNA splicing and novel therapeutic targets'
