My research interests include the treatment of colon and rectal cancer including improvements in surgical technique (laparoscopic versus open surgery, the use of transanal resection), neoadjuvant treatment protocols (modifications of neoadjuvant radiotherapy), molecular profiling, and post treatment quality of life (specifically related to ostomy care).
