Developing and evaluating experimental therapeutics for pancreatic, gastric, and bile duct cancers. Creating a broad portfolio of reproducible, efficient, and clinically relevant in vivo models—including subcutaneous, orthotopic, peritoneal dissemination, patient-derived xenografts (PDX), and humanized mouse models to use to preclinically testing novel agents and optimizing combination strategies that integrate targeted therapies, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.
