My interests center on leveraging multi-omics analysis to investigate cancer biology and anti-cancer drug responses. By integrating genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, and clinical data, I aim to uncover molecular mechanisms that drive therapeutic sensitivity and resistance. A key focus of my work is elucidating disparities in cancer therapies, including immunotherapy and targeted treatments, to better understand how ancestral, and genetic, factors contribute to unequal outcomes. In parallel, I am dedicated to developing computational tools, software, and databases that can systematically analyze large-scale datasets, facilitate reproducible research, and ultimately advance the goals of precision oncology by improving patient stratification and guiding personalized treatment strategies.
