My current research explores the complications of stem cell transplant and CAR-T Cell therapy and how best to treat these conditions. Some of the complications I am researching include: pneumatosis intestinalis, diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, thrombotic microangiopathy, veno occlusive disease, and graft versus host disease. I have collaborated with the pediatric intensive care team to help identify biomarkers for some of these conditions and describing pathways to diagnose these conditions earlier and standardize their treatment. In the future I am interested in growing my multi-institutional collaborations to further expand my research in these areas.
