Member Biography

1. Develop imaging-based physical approaches to study the chromatin structure and dynamics in DNA repair. 2. Develop and apply molecular tension sensors and imaging methods to study the biomechanics and mechanotransduction in cancer metastasis. 3. Integrate machine/deep learning with single molecule imaging for single cell transcriptomic image data; apply this approach for prostate cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
