Title | A Path Analysis Modeling of the Interaction of AXII and/or AXIIR with the Changes in Cytokines and Myeloma Bone Disease (The Cytokine Protocol) | ||
Description | The purpose of this research study is to learn if substances that cause bone destruction are increased in blood or bone marrow. Researchers will also study if the amounts of these substances relate to the amount of bone disease in multiple myeloma subjects. Blood and bone marrow samples will be drawn to study osteoclast formation. Osteoclasts are cells that release calcium from bone. | ||
