Poster board dimensions must not exceed; Height = 4 feet and Width = 8 feet (48 x 96 inches). Your poster must with within these dimensions and recommended size is 36 x 48.
Registration and participation is free.
This year's event will be held in-person.
Park in the Vermont Street Garage, 1004 W. Vermont Street (connected to the IU Indianapolis Campus Center). Attendees are responsible for their own parking.

The poster session will be held from 11-2 p.m. in room 450, A,B,C.
Poster Setup is between 7:15–8:15 a.m. (EST) on day of event. We expect you to adhere to this timeline. When you arrive, please proceed directly to Room 450 (4th Floor, Campus Center) to set up your poster
Posters will be evaluated across the following four categories:
- Scientific Content
- Organization and Clarity
- Discussion and Communication
- Visual Appearance
