Graduate Advisor, IUSCCC's Translational Cancer Biology PhD program.
Broadly, my research interest is in defining signaling pathways and developing mechanisms of inhibition for targeted therapy.
Two ongoing projects include:
1. developing and testing YAP-TEAD inhibitors for the inhibition of PDAC and other cancers
2. using mouse models to understand the function of Rap1 (Ras-related) G proteins and developing inhibitors of Rap1 function
