It is so hard to turn the page knowing our beloved Omar will not be in the next chapter, but we must honor him and his beautiful memory and continue his story and legacy.
Omar fought a fierce battle with lymphoma, and while his loss is immeasurable and the cancer is tough, we are tougher and stronger and so is the love and kindness he left behind.
Please join us in supporting cancer research. In lieu of other gifts, please see below on how you can make an online donation in Omar Barham’s name to honor his beautiful memory and the impact he had on so many people near and far.
The family wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Abu-Zaid at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center. We also wish to thank the many other doctors and nurses who provided loving care to Omar during his battle, including Dr. Emad Shawa, Dr. Ali Dohan, Dr. Maram Said, Dr. Nidal Baridi, Dr. Shaker Barham, Dr. Savahanna Wagner, Dr. Adam Given, Dr. Daniel Spitzberg, Dr. John Abrams, and nurse Hannah Lohr.
Thank you for your help in creating this legacy for my brother.
Please be sure to indicate your gift is in memory of Omar Barham.
All gifts to the Omar Barham Fighting Cancer Fund are tax deductible.
