Clinical Pharmacology Analytical CoreServices
The Clinical Pharmacology Analytical Core has state-of-the-art instrumentation (LC/MS/MS API 4000) for drug quantification and metabolite identification. In addition to the API 4000, the core facilities have access to additional HPLC systems (equipped with UV, fluorescent, or other detectors) that may be used for routine use. Recent assays that have been run by the core include erlotinib, midazolam, dextromethorphan, paclitaxel, and chlorzoxazone.
Any work that results in a publication from the use of these sources should appropriately acknowledge the Clinical Pharmacology Analytical Core and the IU Simon Cancer Center.
