Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics

The mission of the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at the Indiana University School of Medicine is to conduct outstanding basic, clinical and translational research by promoting advanced computation and informatics approaches to increase our understanding of normal and disease-associated biological processes, drug development and therapeutic responses, facilitating the collaboration among medical science biologists, clinical investigators and health care researchers, and educating the next generation of bioinformaticians through direct participation in research activities.
