Follow-Up Recommendations

Follow-up recommendations are based on the specific treatments your child received for his or her Wilms tumor. When your child was diagnosed, a pathologist graded the tumor as favorable or unfavorable and assigned it a stage (I, II, III, or IV). Treatment by a specific protocol was decided by this grading and staging system at the time of diagnosis.
