Cancer Treatments for Initially Non-Removable Tumors

Patients with clear cell sarcoma of the kidney are treated with the combination of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Some tumors can not be removed at the beginning of treatment. In this case, a biopsy and chemotherapy treatment is done first. Then, surgery is done around Week 13, followed by radiation and chemotherapy.
