Valet Parking

Valet service is available at the Barnhill entrance, 535 Barnhill Drive, to the Indiana Cancer Pavillion. The service is available to patients, families and visitors.

Hours for this service are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. After 4:30 p.m., contact Safety & Security at (317) 274-7270 or (317) 962-8000 to retrieve vehicle. Cost of this service is $5 per vehicle, per day.

Where to Park

All patients may be dropped off or picked up at the main entrances of the Indiana Cancer Pavilion, Indiana University Hospital or Riley Hospital.

For the Indiana Cancer Pavilion
Parking for the Indiana Cancer Pavilion is in the Vermont Street Garage across the street. From the Pavilion, take Barnhill Drive south and turn east (left) on to Vermont Street. The parking garage is on your left. Reserved patient parking spaces are located in the Vermont Street Garage on floors 2 through 5. Follow the green "Patient Parking" signs with arrows directing you to the designated "Patient Parking" spaces. Any IU Simon Cancer Center or Indiana University Hospital patient may park in these designated spaces.

Patients undergoing radiation treatment may get a parking permit from Radiation Oncology allowing them to park on the circle off of Michigan Street, between the Pavilion and Indiana University Hospital. You will have to pay for the parking meter.

For Indiana University Hospital
Parking for Indiana University Hospital is connected to the hospital on the northeast corner (44XA on the Vicinity Map).

For Riley Hospital
Parking for inpatient services at Riley Hospital is in the Wilson Street Garage (9PK on the Vicinity Map) just north of the Emergency Room entrance. Parking for outpatient services at Riley Hospital is in the Riley Outpatient Garage located on West Drive just south of the Riley Outpatient Center (XE26 on the Vicinity Map).

Up to 1 hour = $1.50
Up to 2 hours = $2.25
Up to 3 hours = $3
Up to 4 hours = $4
4-12 hours = $5
12-24 hours = $5.50

Reduced-Rate Parking Coupons

Patients, family members and visitors may purchase reduced-rate-parking coupons at all attended lots, garages and gift shops at Indiana University Hospital and Riley Hospital. The cost is $18 for either five full days of parking or for 10 coupons of three-hour periods of parking.

Long-Term Parking Permit

Families of patients who stay more than two weeks at Indiana University Hospital or Riley Hospital may purchase a long-term, reduced-rate parking permit at Indiana University Hospital administration room 1601 and Riley Hospital administration room 1960. The permit costs $8 and is good for the calendar month of purchase. This permit allows parking in campus 'E' lots 24 hours a day (see Vicinity Map).
