CompleteLife Social Work Services
Social workers Jane Powers, Vanessa Kay Guidry-Jones, and Nancy Hook are available to counsel individuals and families about the available information resources and support services that aid decision-making.
Specifically, Jane, Kay, and Nancy assist with patient advocacy, lodging, transportation, financial, disability, and health insurance concerns as well as arranging home care and hospice services. They also provide emotional support and help with communication issues such as: how and what to tell your children, how to discuss end-of-life concerns and how to communicate effectively with your medical team.
You may choose to call or meet with Jane or Kay to discuss these issues. There is no charge to meet with a social worker.
