Fertile Hope
Fertile Hope is a national non-profit dedicated to providing fertility information, support and hope to cancer patients through programs of awareness, education, financial assistance, research and support. The Fertile Hope website gives a comprehensive overview of the fertility risks associated with cancer treatment and the fertility preservation and parenthood options before, during and after treatments.

A site for teens with cancer that have lots of living to do! You'll get straight information from those who know what it's like. This site has pics and stories of real teens with cancer. Live Strong-Lance Amrstrong Foundation
The Lance Armstrong Foundation exists to help people manage and survive cancer. Founded in 1997 by cancer survivor and champion cyclist Lance Armstrong, the Foundation focuses its activities in four primary areas: public education and awareness, survivor services and support, groundbreaking survivorship programs, and medical and scientific research grants.
Surviving and Moving Forward-The SAMFund for Young Adult Survivors of Cancer
SAMFund mission is to provide financial assistance to cancer survivors who are between the ages of 17 and 35 and are not currently receiving treatment, in order to enable them to pursue educational, professional and personal goals and establish a successful post-treatment life.
Outlook-Life Beyond Childhood Cancer
The focus of Outlook is to address the needs of survivors of childhood cancer and their families. They provide information to give survivors and their families the tools to help them become their own advocate. Within the personal stories section one can witness strength, resiliency and love for life. Patients who are currently undergoing treatment can also find support in Outlook by seeing the faces of survivors who represent the light at the end of the tunnel.
Vital Options
Vital Options maintains an informative and user friendly website to help connect patients, their family members and friends to gather information and resources, as well as access to The Group Room radio show Internet simulcast. This site has a special section that focuses on young adults with cancer.
Teenage Cancer Trust (UK site)
This site is teenaged focused and was developed in the UK. It gives an overview of different types of cancers as well as discusses fundraising and specific events occurring in the UK right now. It also has a chat forum for fun communication with other teens that have cancer. In addition, you can get connected with a Teenage Cancer Trust unit in your area.
Cancer Help (UK site)
CancerHelp UK is a free information service about cancer and care for people with cancer and their families. The site also lists the cancer clinical trials offered in the UK.
