Golfers Against Cancer, Columbus, Tee Time is August 1
Casey L. Mers, daughter of Jeff and the late Shannon L. Casey Mers, presented money earned my selling lemonade at a golf outing honoring her mother to Dr. Susanne Ragg at the Fifth Annual Shannon L. Casey Mers Memorial Golf Tournament that was held in Columbus, OH on August 7, 2006. Casey is eleven years old and will be attending Middle School in Columbus, OH this school year. Her mother, Shannon died of Osteosarcoma in 2001. The family holds the golf outing to raise money for bone cancer research at Indiana University and give awareness to Osteosarcoma.
