We gratefully acknowlege Melvin and Bren Simon for their extraordinary gift to inaugurate the "In Your Lifetime" campaign. Their $50 million gift is unparalleled at Indiana University and is comprised of two parts. Half of the Simons' $50 million donation supports construction of the expanded IU Simon Cancer Center patient care facility. The remaining $25 million establishes the Joshua Max Simon Cancer Research Fund, a faculty recruitment and research endowment memorializing the Simons' son.
